Zhongyue Aviation participated in the 2021 natural disaster emergency rescue comprehensive practical drill of the Linzhi Forest Fire Brigade

To fully prepare for forest fire prevention and control this winter and next spring, further enhance Linzhi City's ability to respond to and deal with sudden natural disasters, and improve emergency response and collaborative mechanisms. On the morning of December 13, under the leadership of the Linzhi Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, the Linzhi City Forest Fire Brigade, in conjunction with the Municipal Emergency Management Bureau and 25 municipal-level units and enterprises, conducted a comprehensive practical drill for emergency rescue of natural disasters in 2021. Deng Xiaohong, member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee and Minister of the Propaganda Department, and Vice Mayor Mi Ci attended the drill and provided on-site guidance.
This drill used the background of an earthquake disaster in Linzhi City, setting up the main drill site on Juemu Road in Bayi District and two sub-sites in Bomi County and at the Sela Mountain tunnel entrance of the Sichuan-Tibet Railway. According to Linzhi City's emergency response plan at the level three response, the brigade dispatched the brigade command post, Bayi detachment, Milin detachment, and Bomi detachment, totaling 100 officers and soldiers, to quickly launch operations, assuming the primary responsibility for fire fighting and earthquake rescue.
Zhongyue Aviation deployed one firefighting drone command vehicle and four ZY-XF50 50KG heavy-duty firefighting drones, carrying out four drill subjects: airdrop extinguishing bombs to deal with bushfires, drone suppression of crown fires, drone handling of cliff fires, and drone + foam truck fire extinguishing.
After the drill, Deng Xiaohong, member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee and Minister of the Propaganda Department, and Vice Mayor Mi Ci attached great importance to the application of large-load firefighting drones in forest fire extinguishing. They visited Zhongyue Aviation's drones and other equipment, and the brigade's explainer gave a detailed introduction to the uses and performance of various equipment.
